Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs starring the voices of Andriana Caselotti, Lucille La Verne, Eddie Collins, and Pinto Colvig. This was the first and by far the most memorable full-length animated feature from Disney Studios. It tells a simple story of a charming princess saved from the evil deeds of her wicked stepmother by a group of seven adorable dwarfs. It astounded audiences when it was released in December 1937 and since has become an enduring family favorite. It won the Academy Award for Best Musical Score, and the next year Walt Disney was presented an Honorary Oscar to recognize the film "as a significant screen innovation which has charmed millions and pioneered a great new entertainment field."
