Marcello Mastroianni portrays a journalist at a crossroad in his life. He is unable to find happiness in his relationships, and instead seeks his own ideals in the lives of the aristocracy he follows. This wonderful French poster by Yves Thos for Federico Fellini's masterpiece depicts one of the film's most memorable moments, that of Marcello's idealised worship of Anita Ekberg as a goddess. The film also gave recognition to a new breed of photographer, the Paparazzi.
