A View To A Kill (1985)
Original US One Sheet (27 X 41 Inches)
£1,350.00
At 57, Roger Moore was the oldest actor to take on James Bond when he made A View to a Kill, and he later said he knew it was time to stop when he realised he was older than his leading lady's mother. It was his seventh and last film as 007.
This is a true curiosity. Vic Fair's design for the UK advance, illustrated by Brian Bysouth, put Moore in a white tuxedo to contrast with Grace Jones, and the studio recalled it very shortly after release, having decided the tuxedo was not right for Bond. Later styles dressed him in black, which makes this unfolded One Sheet very rare today.
