Photo Still (8 X 10 Inches)
£165.00
An original 1966 re-release United Artists Black and White Publicity Still #DN 20 (1497), unframed.
Sean Connery in black tie, handing his card to Eunice Gayson's Sylvia Trench at the casino of Le Cercle. This is the scene that gave the world "Bond. James Bond." and the first time audiences laid eyes on 007.
Gayson was originally lined up for Miss Moneypenny before swapping roles with Lois Maxwell, and she returned as Sylvia Trench in From Russia With Love. The line took seconds to deliver and is still being quoted more than sixty years later.
