Live And Let Die (1973)
Live and Let Die 1973 United Artists b&w still #LD-31
Original United Artists B&W Still – Roger Moore & Jane Seymour
An original 1973 United Artists still featuring Roger Moore as James Bond and Jane Seymour as Solitaire, captured during the dramatic San Monique sequence. Bond is armed while Solitaire remains chained, as he attempts to rescue her before she is ritually sacrificed by Baron Samedi and Kananga’s followers.
Live and Let Die marked Roger Moore’s first appearance as 007, while Solitaire became Jane Seymour’s breakthrough film role. With its Caribbean locations, tarot-card imagery and Paul McCartney & Wings title song, the film introduced a distinctive new era for Bond. A particularly strong original still featuring Moore and Seymour together in one of the film’s major action sequences.
