Return of The Jedi (1993R)

The Ewoks were very nearly Wookiees. George Lucas's early ideas for the final battle placed it on the Wookiee home world, until he decided that Chewbacca's people were too technologically capable for the David and Goliath story he wanted. So the giants became small, and the forest moon of Endor acquired its teddy bears.

This is the tenth anniversary edition of the poster, issued in 1993 and unfolded, a handsome marker of how firmly the trilogy's finale had settled into film history.
