Godfather Part II, The (1974)

Hyman Roth, the quiet old financier who outplays Michael Corleone, was played by Lee Strasberg, the famed acting teacher of the Actors Studio. Al Pacino, one of his students, helped persuade him to take the role. In his seventies and almost entirely new to the screen, Strasberg earned an Academy Award nomination, alongside his pupil.

This US One Sheet keeps the cool restraint of the first film's campaign. One Sheets hung in cinema frames for the run and were then returned or discarded, and most were folded along the way, so this never-folded example, now linen-backed, is a pleasing find from one of cinema's greatest sequels.
