Scarface (1983) - FRAMED

An original 1983 Universal Pictures Publicity Still #2154-2, framed.

Tony Montana (Al Pacino) and Elvira Hancock (Michelle Pfeiffer) on the crowded dance floor of the Babylon Club. Elvira dances on, cool and distant; Tony can't take his eyes off her. He has the money and the power, but she is the one thing he can't control.

The Pacino and Pfeiffer pairing is the heart of the film, and this is one of the best-loved images of the two together. Publicity Stills like this were produced by Universal and sent out to newspapers, magazines and cinemas to promote the film. They were working tools, used and thrown away, so originals with the studio caption and still number are a genuine piece of the film's history.
