Scarface (1983)
An original 1983 Universal Pictures US Advance One Sheet, folded as issued.
Pacino's face and name, and nothing else. This advance poster teased Scarface to American audiences before a single scene had been shown, banking on the star of The Godfather and Serpico. What arrived in December 1983 was a near three-hour fever dream of cocaine, chainsaws and gold-plated excess that divided critics and went on to become one of the most influential crime films ever made.
Advances were used for a short window before release and then replaced by the regular campaign, which makes them far scarcer than the familiar split-design One Sheet. This one was folded for shipping to cinemas, exactly as issued. A striking and less obvious choice for a Scarface collection.
