Marilyn Monroe as Sugar leans over the tub to confide in Tony Curtis as Josephine, who has dived into the bubbles fully dressed to hide his other disguise.

Curtis played three roles in the film: Joe the saxophonist, Josephine, and the millionaire "Junior". Billy Wilder kept the pace so tight that scenes like this one, played almost entirely for Monroe's innocence and Curtis's panic, became textbook farce.
