Photo Still (8 X 10 Inches)
£125.00
Original 1980 Warner Bros. b&w behind-the-scenes still, #SK-2
Featuring Stanley Kubrick during the production of The Shining. The candid shot captures the legendary director bundled in a heavy winter parka, intensely focused as he personally operates a handheld film camera, accompanied by official copyright text printed in the lower right margin.
Culturally, this image perfectly exemplifies Kubrick's notoriously hands-on approach and exacting attention to detail. Glimpses of the director at work highlight the rigorous environment that produced one of the most visually precise and enduring horror films in cinematic history.
