The Godfather (1972)
Photo Still (7 X 10 Inches)
£245.00
An original 1972 Paramount Pictures British Black and White Publicity Still, unframed.
Al Pacino's Michael Corleone arrives at his sister's wedding in his Marine uniform, shaking hands across the table with Talia Shire, James Caan and Diane Keaton's Kay close by.
This is the war hero who wants no part of the family business. "That's my family, Kay. It's not me," he tells her that day. Seeing him in uniform, with everything still ahead of him, is what makes the ending so hard to watch.
