The Italian Job (1969)
Photo Still (8 X 10 Inches)
£175.00
Original 1969 Paramount Pictures/Photo still #IJ-4711-115 Gang Celebrate John Forgeham Gold Bars.
The gang celebrate aboard their getaway coach, with John Forgeham as Frank among the jubilant thieves and stacks of stolen gold taking centre stage. An original still capturing their moment of triumph, before a mountain bend puts the entire fortune in jeopardy.
The celebration makes the film’s famous cliffhanger all the sweeter: Britain’s cheekiest criminals have pulled off the impossible, only to find themselves literally balanced between riches and disaster. A wonderfully spirited image from the build up to one of cinema’s most unforgettable endings.
