Thunderball (1970's) - FRAMED

An original 1970s United Artists / Transamerica Sheet Music edition for Thunderball, framed.

The title song from Sean Connery's fourth James Bond film, composed by John Barry with lyrics by Don Black and recorded by Tom Jones.

It very nearly never existed. Barry's first theme was Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, recorded by both Shirley Bassey and Dionne Warwick, until the producers decided the song must carry the film's title. A new one was written at the last minute, and Jones held its final note for so long that, by his own account, the room began to spin. A handsome and unusual piece of Bond music history.
