Goldeneye (1995)
Original US One Sheet (27 X 40 Inches)
£245.00
GoldenEye took its title from Ian Fleming's house in Jamaica, where he wrote every one of the Bond novels. It ended a six-year absence with a clutch of firsts: Pierce Brosnan as 007, Judi Dench as the first woman to play M, and a Tina Turner theme written by Bono and The Edge. It also proved that Bond could survive the end of the Cold War.
This is the gun-style Teaser One Sheet from the US campaign, unfolded, issued ahead of the main poster to announce that Bond was back. As the opening salvo of the Brosnan years, it sits neatly at the start of any collection of the modern films.
