The Godfather / Der Pate (1972)
Lobby Card (9.5 X 12 Inches)
£115.00
An original Paramount Pictures German Lobby Card, distributed by Cinema International Corporation, unframed.
A retired Don Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando) plays in his tomato garden with his young grandson, Anthony, teasing the boy before turning an orange peel into a monster's grin. Just moments later, the legendary Don suffers a fatal heart attack among the plants.
It's one of the most tender and heartbreaking scenes in film, and a reminder that The Godfather is, above all, a family story. Issued for the film's German Der Pate release.
